What You’ll Lead

  • Business Leadership
  • Drive revenue, membership growth, and studio profitability
  • Manage payroll, expenses, and operational KPIs
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain brand excellence
  • Sales & Membership Growth
  • Lead the studio’s sales strategy and performance
  • Coach and develop the sales team to exceed targets
  • Build strong community relationships and local partnerships
  • Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Associates and Coaches
  • Lead weekly team meetings and monthly performance reviews
  • Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture
  • Studio Operations
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and high-energy
  • Maintain equipment, inventory, and operational systems
  • Execute corporate initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Community Building
  • Plan studio events, partnerships, and promotions
  • Create a strong community around the brand

Who We’re Looking For

  • A motivated operator and leader, not just a manager
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or sales-driven environments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and managing performance metrics
  • Experience leading teams and building strong workplace culture
  • Strong sales mindset and ability to coach others to success
  • Comfortable managing operations for a $600K+ revenue business

Compensation

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
