Job Responsibilities
- Review appointments scheduled by the inside Sale Team
- Run minimum of 5 leads per week with another rep as a training tool, giving them real hands-on coaching in the fields
- Affix to reps in homes by making calls and helping with the closing process whenever support is needed
- Regularly review performance results and take the steps necessary to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations
- Effectively complete cancel-save appointments to keep potential sales on track
- Collaborate with the rehash manager to get back homes to close sales and maximize opportunities
- Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings for the team sharp and growing
- Set expectations for the sales team based on our objectives so everyone stays aligned and focused
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales, ideally with experience in the 1-Day Concept
- Prioritize 2 years of sales Management experience
- Show strong leadership and team-building abilities, solid business development and organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal strength
- Be comfortable with technology, including iPad presentations and electronic contracts systems
