Responsibilities
- Support the General Sales Manager in overseeing all sales KPI’s including but not limited to; volume, margin, closing ratio, sales per guest, bedding and protection.
- The ability to handle all customer-related issues in the absence of the General Sales Manager.
- Provide exceptional leadership with timely and effective communication to the sales, guest experience, and visual teams.
- Coach members of the sales staff to build individual and team success in a professional manner.
- Aid to maintain proper staffing levels for the sales team job code in accordance with company set budget levels.
- Prepare and administer impact coaching sessions for the development of the sales team.
- Cook with the Visual Presentation Manager regarding product placement.
- Report changes in policy and other information to staff members.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A High School Diploma required
- 2 + years working in the retail industry
- Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales KPI’s
- Ability to handle guest concerns in a timely manner
- Ability to interview and staff retail location
Pay
Individual compensation packages are determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Annual Base Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible to earn monthly incentive compensation based on Store Revenue, Protection Gross Margin, Bedding Margin, and Conversion.
Schedule
Depending on your hire date and any specific requirements of your work location, you may be eligible for up to 80 hours of PTO during the first calendar year of your employment, which includes paid sick leave in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
