Sales Management Trainee - Easton

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Sales Management Training Program. Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
- Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 (one) semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and growth.

This position is located in the Easton/Bethlehem territory. Our flagship office is located at 2550-A Freemansburg Ave Easton, PA 18045. Other locations that are included but not limited to: 1620 Stefko Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18017; 822 Nazareth Pike, Nazareth, PA 18064.
