Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for outside sales and business development to increase service reach.
- Manage territory accounts and generate leads through proactive outreach.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our healthcare solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of healthcare services or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Pay
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
