Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with Costco customers in person to introduce and promote Red Cap’s air conditioning products.
- Create and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and providing information about our services.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Home Depot staff and customers, enhancing brand presence and customer interest.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and services to potential customers, ensuring clear and compelling presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Face-to-Face Sales Experience
- Proven ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face sales environment.
- Communication Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Service
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every customer.
- Availability
- Able to work weekends (Wednesday through Sunday) as required.
- Physical Stamina
- Capability to stand, walk, and actively engage for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift).
- Tools
- Must have access to a smartphone for daily tasks and communication.
