Sales Lead Generator - Florence, KY

Mr. Plumber and Home Depot partner to offer Home Depot customers Heating and Cooling services, including replacement, tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image within Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC kiosk/display/end cap to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from Home Depot.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers, and schedule sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales is highly desired but not required.
• Must be able to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to use a smartphone for email and text.
• No HVAC or water treatment experience required, but it’s a plus.
