Responsibilities
- Schedule sales appointments for our in-field sales professionals.
- Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
- Contact customers prior to all in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations.
- Communicate throughout the day with our in-field sales professionals offering assistance they may need from the branch office.
- Follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate any needs they may have in relation to the sale.
- Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms.
- Fast-paced role with heavy phone volume and tight deadlines at times.
- Meet and exceed expected sales targets.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 1-3 years of general office or sales experience.
- Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
- Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
- Availability to work in office. Available weekends - Saturday if needed.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- $25 - 30.00/hr. depending on experience.
