Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and sales documentation while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and optimize our CRM system to ensure data integrity, update customer records, and generate actionable insights.
- Partner closely with inventory and logistics teams to track equipment availability and meet fast-moving sales demands.
- Act as the central liaison between Sales, Service, and internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve issues quickly.
- Directly address customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product information with a high level of professionalism.
- Continually audit and improve operational processes from initial lead management down to final deal closure.
What You Bring to the Team
- Industry Experience: Three years experience and background in sales operations coordination, ideally within heavy equipment sales, construction, or a fast-paced rental or dealership setting.
- Tech Savviness: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and deep familiarity with CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce is a major plus!
- Laser Focus: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven knack for multitasking and a sharp eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse internal teams and communicate effectively with high-value clients.
- Machinery Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy equipments or heavy machinery is highly preferred (but not a dealbreaker).
