Sales Associates

Skills And Qualities

• Availability: Must be able to work at least 15 hours a week, applicants must be able to work weekends, fast pace is a must and to be on your feet throughout the day and lift at least 20 lbs.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to help customers effectively are essential.
• Organization: Being able to manage inventory, organize products, and maintain a clean store is a key part of most roles.
• Teamwork: Work well with others, especially in busy or high-energy environments.
• Passion for Sustainability: Kid to Kid focuses on gently used children’s items, so an interest in sustainability or secondhand shopping is a plus.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable, especially in customer-facing roles or during peak hours.

Compensation

High School $15.50 graduates+: $16.00 per hour

Moms: Holiday opportunities for extra money.
