Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain customer accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build long-term business partnerships.
- Monitor account performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
