- Inspect and manage accounts to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor account performance and implement necessary improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
