About the role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join our successful Skoda Dealership.
Responsibilities
- Sell vehicles
- Promote finance, insurance products and paint protection
- Build trust and communicate effectively with customers
- Exceed customer expectations
- Maximise sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects and internet enquiries
- Maximise profit by following the sales process and achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products
- Accurately and vigorously collect customer contact and vehicle data to maximise the quality and content of the customer database
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales or similar sales roles
- Full driving license
- Confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent
- Desire, character and attitude to succeed
- Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers

Pay
Salary OTE £50k depending on experience with an uncapped commission structure.
Schedule
41 hours per week
Qualifications
The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers is also vital, as is a full driving licence.
