Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present various finance options including PCP and HP
- Provide guidance on choosing between PCP and HP
- Offer zero deposit options based on customer’s financial situation
- Ensure customers are fully informed about all aspects of the finance agreement
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Manage customer relationships to build loyalty and referrals
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of finance products and regulations
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Some relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
- Understanding of vehicle finance and leasing

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
