About the role
As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their property portfolios. Key to your success will be building long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and return on investment using proprietary analytic tools.
Day-to-day, you will leverage CoStar Group’s deep industry expertise to build your client portfolio through prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting effective product demonstrations. This role is on-site in our Austin, TX office and includes travel by car, with potential travel outside your driving radius.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
- Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
- Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
- Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients, requiring travel by car and potentially outside your office location.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a sales-related role in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- 2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit in-person university or college.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience.
- Current and valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record reflecting responsible behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building long-term relationships and business partnerships at a senior/C-Suite level.
- Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics.
- Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a high-growth company environment.
- Self-starter who can work both independently and within a team.
