About the role

The anticipated BASE SALARY range for this position is $50K-60K/year with uncapped commission. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Calls medical community to establish and maintain business relationships
  • Creates and maintains call plans to qualify new and maintain existing referrals
  • Enters call plan and outcomes into the CRM system
  • Identifies referral targets using Apria reports and data
  • Reviews sales territory call plan with Market VP to achieve strategic goals
  • Educates referral sources on Apria products and services
  • Solves and follows up on customer concerns
  • Collaborates with branch management and staff to drive sales growth
  • Communicates and clarifies Medicare guidelines to referral sources
  • Maintains accurate records on prospective and active accounts
  • Ensures billing documentation is complete and accurate
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: College degree or previous relevant job experience required. 1-3 years of experience in selling “service” or “commodity products” with demonstrated success. External sales experience preferred.
