Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new hospitality prospects by conducting needs assessments and delivering compelling product presentations to hotel management and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and maintain knowledge of competitive products and market trends
  • Maintain and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel solutions sector
  • Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology
  • Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
