Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing a pipeline of new hospitality prospects by conducting needs assessments and delivering compelling product presentations to hotel management and decision-makers
- Managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding coordination
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction
- Attending industry events and maintaining knowledge of competitive products and market trends
- Meting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel solutions sector
- Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology
- Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
