What You'll Do
- Win new business by developing and closing relationships with agencies and brands nationwide
- Leverage your book of business and grow your network to create a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing six- and seven-figure deals
- Partner with our internal creative, fabrication, and project teams to shape client ideas into executable solutions
- Build compelling, tailored sales decks and lead presentations to C-level stakeholders
- Manage pricing discussions and lead contract negotiations
- Act as a consultative advisor, helping agencies and brands solve complex challenges through custom experiences
- Use CRM tools and other industry tools, such as LinkedIn, to track, manage, and grow your sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of success in consultative B2B service sales — ideally in experiential marketing, trade shows, custom fabrication, or other high-value project-based industries
- A proven hunter with a strong book of business and existing agency/brand relationships
- Track record of closing large-scale, custom deals
- Grit, hustle, empathy, and smarts — all non-negotiable
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver world-class client experiences
- Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers and tailoring solutions to meet complex needs
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and LinkedIn; formal sales training is a plus
