About the role
This role supports a range of experiential platforms, with a focus on culinary, golf, and hospitality-driven programs. The ideal candidate brings strong operational capabilities along with experience or familiarity across at least two of these areas, and an interest in expanding their knowledge across all three.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sponsorship programs.
- Plan, negotiate, and develop contracts for sponsorship programs, hospitality, and advertising.
- Execute program execution, hospitality, and advertising.
- Work to provide clients with innovative and exciting programs that meet their objectives and appeal to varied targets (dealers, owners, prospects) to heighten brand image and awareness.
- Travel - On-site event planning and management.
- Administrative - Manage, delegate, and train junior staff.
- Support senior staff.
- Contribute to internal (Team One) projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an advertising agency, public relations firm, experiential marketing, or related environment required.
- Experience or exposure to at least two of the following areas preferred: culinary, golf, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle environments.
- Experience working with partners, talent, venues, or events within these spaces is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Pay
USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually.
