Great Candidates:
- 3+ years of sales experience value selling in a B2B environment
- Strong background in field sales and direct customer interactions
- Passionate for sales, you love identifying, selling, and closing deals
- Highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and resilient
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident
- Enthusiastic about our product, company, customers and mission
- Able to pitch both virtually and in-person, and are willing to travel locally by car as needed
- Strong utilization and understanding of CRM systems i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
Compensation
This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation. On Target Earnings / OTE of $110K+ annually (base salary and lucrative commission), as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off. Please note this is not a fully remote position, you must live in or near the posted territory.
