About the role
We are seeking a high-potential, early-career talent to join our Sales Executive team as a Field-Based Sales Executive in Kansas City. This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 base plus uncapped commission, along with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, and paid holidays.
Responsibilities
- Start with a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts
- Grow existing relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities
- Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business
- Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Learn how to deliver value-based solutions to commercial customers
- Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success
Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong desire to build a long-term career in sales
- Competitive, driven, and motivated to win
- High energy with a strong work ethic and resilience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to be in the field and learn through hands-on experience
- Coachable with a true hunter mentality
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Experience in a similar role or relevant field
- Ability to travel up to 75%
