Sales Executive
About the Role
Secures new business by selling Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance service solutions. Responsible for growing revenue and profitability in an assigned geographic area by selling Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Services (OSHA/HIPAA), while meeting or exceeding established annual goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct call blocks to healthcare facilities to schedule on-site appointments and demonstrate Compliance capabilities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and business development.
- Sell regulated medical waste, OSHA, and HIPAA Compliance solutions by demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and value proposition.
- Win back lost business from previous customers by addressing their needs through effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Develop and sustain strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers to grow business over time.
- Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns to expand business within the assigned territory.
- Participate in market development activities to identify and penetrate under-developed areas, increasing sales through new initiatives.
Requirements
- Must live and work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in direct healthcare sales, with proven solution-selling experience and a track record of overachieving quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling in a business-to-business environment with varying sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Experience in a high-volume/high-transaction industry.
- Post-secondary education (College or University Degree).
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems and SAP.
- Strong prospecting, business development, and pipeline management skills.
- Expertise in initiating and managing successful B2B sales and service relationships.
- Polished professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and internet/social media.
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency and motivation for success.
Physical Requirements
This role operates in a hybrid office and plant/field environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Pay
The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $65,000 - $70,000. The specific salary may vary based on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. This position is also eligible for incentive pay.
