About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare payer organizations, identifying opportunities for improvement using Agentic Automation
  • Evangelize the advantages of integrating AI agents and automation in healthcare operations
  • Develop account strategies with sales teams, aligning the company solutions with customer needs
  • Conduct workshops to analyze current operations and uncover process challenges
  • Utilize process intelligence to pinpoint inefficiencies and create automation roadmaps
  • Create and present demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements showcasing the company solutions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare Payer operations with specific knowledge in claims management, prior authorization, and risk adjustment
  • Proven track record in technology-driven transformation initiatives within healthcare organizations
  • Strong ability to articulate the intersection of business challenges and technical solutions, emphasizing measurable business value
  • Experience leading consultative discussions with a mix of executive, business, and technical audiences
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, enterprise applications, and contemporary technology architectures
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence frameworks
  • Background in sales engineering or consulting related to digital transformation and intelligent automation
