Job Description

  • Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers and produces strategic, cost-effective solutions.
  • Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.
  • Supports Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
  • Aids representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products.
  • Creates, reviews and executes product test plans and cases, documents test progress and reports results.
  • Recommends products to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred), but may consider applicants with coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
  • Certifications: Fortinet Network Security Expert Program - Associate - 3 (NSE-3), Fortinet Network Security Expert Program - Associate - 1 (NSE-1), Fortinet Network Security Expert Program - Associate - 2 (NSE-2), Cisco Meraki Blackbelt 1, 2 and 3.
