Job Description
- Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers and produces strategic, cost-effective solutions.
- Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.
- Supports Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
- Aids representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products.
- Creates, reviews and executes product test plans and cases, documents test progress and reports results.
- Recommends products to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred), but may consider applicants with coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- Certifications: Fortinet Network Security Expert Program - Associate - 3 (NSE-3), Fortinet Network Security Expert Program - Associate - 1 (NSE-1), Fortinet Network Security Expert Program - Associate - 2 (NSE-2), Cisco Meraki Blackbelt 1, 2 and 3.
