Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Managers and Regional Sales Manager’s on inside sales duties for the preparation of turnkey projects and non-standard grinding machines
- Develops technical presentations for potential customers
- BUILDS BOM for designated machine sales
- EStimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's and vendor production and delivery schedules
- Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations that effect schedules
- Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
- Attends trade shows
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience in Related Field, Skills, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and 3-7 related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstration professional verbal and written communication across all levels
- Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask while adapting to shifting priorities working on tight deadlines
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume
Preferred Qualifications (Certificates, Training, Licenses, and Experience)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Basic knowledge of SAP
