What would your day look like?
- Create and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs using a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct calls with senior leadership to discuss training effectiveness and plan next steps.
- Translate complex software testing concepts into accessible language for sales teams.
- Analyze data and metrics to demonstrate the impact of your training programs.
- Teach sales teams how to integrate their software tools into their daily routines.
- Engage with frontline sellers to gather feedback and improve training resources.
What do you need to succeed?
- Technical Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, focusing on tech and SaaS industries.
- Proven experience in instructional design for adult learners.
- Familiarity with enablement technology, LMS platforms, and modern CRMs.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Comfort with analyzing and interpreting data related to training outcomes.
- Human Skills:
- Clear communication skills to facilitate effective training sessions.
- Seller-empathy to understand and address the challenges faced by quota-carrying salespeople.
- An independent mindset to drive change and innovation within the training process.
- A grounded approach to prioritizing actual results and measurable progress.
- Adaptability to handle shifting priorities and new requirements.
