About the role
We are searching for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and deliver programs that drive sales effectiveness and productivity for Sage Medium Segment products. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Lead, you will execute on Enablement programs aligned to regional plans, working collaboratively across Sage to deliver “Always On” Enablement—including formal training content and practical coaching for initial onboarding through advanced skills development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership and enablement colleagues to drive sales effectiveness through onboarding and continuous enablement.
- Deliver Manager Coaching and performance clinics aligned to the Sales Academy.
- Coach and drive adoption of skills to meet competency requirements and sales goals.
- Deliver skills and processes for onboarding new Account Executives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver sales enablement content.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement assets, training, and coaching focused on:
- Reducing time to productivity for sales roles.
- Improving sellers’ ability to differentiate through the sales process.
- Innovation to drive a culture of coaching.
- Build and deliver skills sessions and provide ongoing coaching to Sales Leaders, focusing on leveraging tools, dashboards, and reports so they can coach Account Executives.
- Measure performance improvement and address gaps through coaching, role plays, and activities.
Requirements
- Experience delivering Sales enablement for SaaS solutions for medium-size business customers.
- Strong coaching skills with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide audience.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at mid to senior levels.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Sage organizational issues and challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and delivering with agility.
