About the role
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to help scale our sales team's learning, operations, and success. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly enablement sessions, refining content and format for impactful results.
- Produce the monthly Growth Bulletin, translating cross-functional updates into actionable insights for reps.
- Evolve our knowledge base into a comprehensive resource that reps can easily access and utilize.
- Lead the execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to rollout.
- Collect and analyze field insights to inform continuous improvement in content and training programs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales training, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to extract and interpret data for enablement insights.
- Experience with an LMS platform such as WorkRamp, Highspot, or Seismic.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their application to content creation, research, and program development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and finding solutions to problems.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
