Sales Enablement Manager

What You'll Do

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to set KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards
  • Ensure 100% completion of sales training and certifications
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and track adoption through performance metrics
  • Implement structured coaching and performance improvement frameworks
  • Design recognition programs, including President’s Club and annual awards
  • Collaborate across teams to modernize sales readiness with new tools and technologies

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, training compliance, or performance management
  • Proven ability to connect training outcomes to business KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.)
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and reinforcement best practices
