Your Role

The District Modality Leader (DML) for Magnetic Resonance is responsible for owning the DXR business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance. They also develop and execute district and territory-level CT growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs. Additionally, they partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals.

To fulfill these responsibilities, the DML acts as the district's DXR expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers. They coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support. They leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.

You're The Right Fit

  • 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership, ideally within diagnostic imaging or MR
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority while driving accountability and results
  • Strong business acumen combined with the ability to translate clinical and technical expertise into customer value
  • A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with experience using tools like Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $230,000 to $277,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

The company's total rewards compensation package includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
