About the role

The Sales Director position is based in the Mid-Atlantic region, covering Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia. Candidates residing in these states are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and building personal relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled.
  • Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections.
  • Document related sales and account activities and results into our internal CRM platform.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in industry opportunities such as conferences and seminars.
  • Other duties as assigned dependent on the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • 4-year College degree (BA/BS)
  • Auto OR Workers Compensation Claims experience (Preferred)
  • IME sales experience is a plus
