Responsibilities
- Hire and lead a high-performing team of 6-8 account executives to meet quotas
- Provide support and training to develop team readiness and career growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with Mainline AEs and Specialist Sales Engineers to boost collaboration
- Monitor sales pipeline and strategize account plans with Mainline owners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine growth strategies and resolve challenges
- Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles while expanding specialist support
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in complex selling motions
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Successful background in coaching teams on outbounding strategies
- Familiarity with complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and products
- Excellent communication skills and public speaking comfort
