Responsibilities

  • Hire and lead a high-performing team of 6-8 account executives to meet quotas
  • Provide support and training to develop team readiness and career growth
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Mainline AEs and Specialist Sales Engineers to boost collaboration
  • Monitor sales pipeline and strategize account plans with Mainline owners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine growth strategies and resolve challenges
  • Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles while expanding specialist support

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in complex selling motions
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Successful background in coaching teams on outbounding strategies
  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and products
  • Excellent communication skills and public speaking comfort
