Responsibilities
- Completes calls on prospective customers and assigned accounts.
- Identifies and profiles prospective customers; develops and applies strategy necessary to obtain trailer sales.
- Maintains contact with customers about their requirements; keeps current on market and customer trends.
- Tracks and retains records and creates reports on all phases of activities.
- Meet and greet customers on the lot, demo trailers, and finalize sales.
- Offers company services available to customers.
- Stays well-informed about new products and other general information that may interest customers, which will assist in sales efforts.
- Collaborates with parts and service departments to achieve full market penetration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Trailer Sales Experience is a plus but not required.
- Proven Sales Background.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM program is a plus.
- Good leadership abilities and the willingness to learn.
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
