Responsibilities
- Hire and lead a diverse team of 6-8 high-performing account executives
- Support team members through effective onboarding and ongoing development
- Foster relationships with Mainline AEs and Engineering to enhance team efforts
- Monitor sales pipelines and collaborate on account planning
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and optimize go-to-market strategy
- Champion the company’s cultural principles to promote a supportive team environment
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales with a successful track record in complex selling processes
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Proven ability to coach teams on outbound sales strategies
- Deep understanding of complex sales involving multiple decision-makers and products
- Strong communication skills and comfort in public speaking
