Responsibilities

  • Hire and lead a diverse team of 6-8 high-performing account executives
  • Support team members through effective onboarding and ongoing development
  • Foster relationships with Mainline AEs and Engineering to enhance team efforts
  • Monitor sales pipelines and collaborate on account planning
  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems and optimize go-to-market strategy
  • Champion the company’s cultural principles to promote a supportive team environment

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in sales with a successful track record in complex selling processes
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Proven ability to coach teams on outbound sales strategies
  • Deep understanding of complex sales involving multiple decision-makers and products
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in public speaking
