About the role

A healthcare organization operating a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, helping seniors continue living in their homes and communities. The mission is to serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and enrollment in senior healthcare services
• Leverage Salesforce and Microsoft Office to manage and analyze data
• Lead a data-driven organization, using reports and data to prioritize and oversee people and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of supervisory experience, with at least 2 years in senior healthcare services growth/enrollment
• Preferred: Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
