About the role

As a Sales Director, Government Payments, you will lead a team focused on expanding government payment solutions within the federal and state government sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of government contracting processes and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share in government payments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on government contracts.
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with government agencies and familiarity with relevant procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
