About the role
The Sales Director, Financial Services will play a pivotal role in Veryfi’s strategic vision and drive its growth in the financial services industry. This position requires 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling SaaS solutions to large banks and fintech companies. The ideal candidate should have a collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Possess 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling SaaS solutions to large banks and fintech companies.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to deliver high growth for Veryfi’s presence and impact in the financial services vertical.
- Perform outbound customer demand generation using phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
- Sell the benefits of Veryfi’s solution and conduct product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Requirements
- Consistently outperforms sales (quota) goals.
- Collaborative approach, a "can do" attitude, and relentless pursuit of goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and has worked for a startup before.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Drive a revenue number, forecast accurately, and meet sales targets in the financial services sector.
