About the role

The Sales Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel growth by owning outbound prospecting across cold calls, email outreach, and social engagement to generate a qualified pipeline. They will play a critical role in revenue generation by qualifying inbound leads, assessing fit, and partnering closely with sales to convert opportunities. They will collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve lead conversion performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email outreach, and social engagement to generate a qualified pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound leads, assess fit, and partner closely with sales to convert opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve lead conversion performance.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (ideally in tech or software).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools.

Pay

$60K base (OTE: $84K) + Uncapped Upside + Revenue Share + Competitive Equity.
