Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100-120 outbound cold calls daily, targeting HR leaders, staffing firms, and recruitment agencies
- Schedule 10-15 qualified sales appointments per week
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Pipedrive)
- Research prospects using tools like ZoomInfo to identify high-value leads
- Collaborate with senior sales executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Support additional sales-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Based in the us East Coast only - occasional travel
- Proven experience in selling staffing or recruitment services (must-have)
- Demonstrated success in appointment setting that contributed to revenue growth
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Experience with high-volume outbound sales (cold calling)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in English (business-level fluency required)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, Microsoft 355)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
