About the role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Acrylic Bath Sales Representative to join our team in San Jose, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored acrylic bath solutions
- Present product options, pricing, and project timelines clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project success
- Manage multiple leads and appointments effectively
- Follow up with prospects and ensure high conversion rates
- Deliver a superior customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and close high-value sales
- Knowledge of home remodeling or acrylic bath systems (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Proficient with basic computer applications (CRM, scheduling, etc.)
- 3+ years of in-home sales experience strongly preferred
- HIS License required (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
