Core Responsibilities
- Makes outbound calls, sends emails, and conducts social outreach to engage prospects
- Qualifies leads by understanding their needs, interests, and buying readiness
- Schedules appointments, demos, or consultations for senior sales staff
- Researches target industries, markets, and companies to support targeted outreach
- Maintains a clean and organized CRM with updated lead information
- Collaborates with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Tracks daily and weekly activity to meet outreach and conversion goals

- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced workflows
