Responsibilities
- Possessing the ability to prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across target shipper and logistics accounts.
- Executing outbound sequences (email, call, LinkedIn) to generate net-new meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine target account lists and messaging based on conversion rates.
- Recording activity and ensuring data hygiene in HubSpot for accurate pipeline reporting.
- Achieving weekly and monthly meeting and pipeline targets.
Qualifications
- One to three years of SDR or sales development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven capability to work independently, manage a high volume of pipeline, and meet activity/meeting targets.
- Experience with cold outbound techniques including calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions, along with effective objection handling.
- Proficiency in using tools such as ZoomInfo, Dripify, Claude, or similar outbound automation platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Interest or background in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous startup experience is a plus.
