Sales Development Representative
Osg is looking for recent graduates to join their Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for building relationships and solving problems, without requiring extensive experience.
About the role
You'll sell print, mail, and communication solutions to property management companies, HOAs, and real estate organizations. You'll learn the full sales cycle, from finding new prospects to closing deals and growing accounts. Your day-to-day tasks include outbound outreach, attending industry events, running needs assessments, and presenting tailored solutions to real estate decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Outbound outreach to potential clients
- Attending industry events to network and gather leads
- Running needs assessments to understand client requirements
- Presenting tailored solutions to real estate decision-makers
- Working closely with experienced teammates and support from production and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Genuine interest in sales, with relevant experience (internships, part-time roles, side hustles)
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to pick up the phone
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Coachable attitude and a competitive streak
- Bonus points for exposure to real estate, property management, or B2B sales, and familiarity with print, mail, or marketing services
