About the role
The Sales Development Representative will assist the Northeast Regional teams with top-line funnel creation, event outreach and follow-up, meeting coordination, and other duties. This role is ideal for an individual with previous experience in a sales or business development role, a solid understanding of the sales development process, superb interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication, and enthusiasm for making a real impact within the healthcare space.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual lead generation goals
- Generate leads within the designated market of senior living communities & skilled facilities
- Deliver motivational prospecting engagement to targeted clients
- Obtain support & guidance from others in the Company as needed for sales prospecting
- Answer client questions, as needed; including products and pricing
- Calibrate the content of prospecting based on pre-sales due diligence
- Identify opportunities to enhance & accelerate the sales prospecting
- Update, maintain, & follow up on activities in Company CRM
- Develop sales prospecting efforts in collaboration with Company marketing programs
- Efficiently & effectively transition sales & lead opportunities to sales executive resources
- Keep management informed regarding daily, weekly, and monthly activities & performances
- Provide occasional feedback on products, services, & policies to respective Company team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing, marketing, economics, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development within technology, SaaS, or healthcare
Qualifications
- Passionate about our mission and our technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time
- Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
- Comfortable working in a remote and independent environment
- Experience with G Suite, Salesforce, Office 360, and Slack
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and senior living communities

Pay
