About the role
This is a phone-first SDR role focused on outbound pipeline generation for reputation marketing services. You will drive new conversations, qualify opportunities, and book demos through consistent, high-volume outreach.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calls daily to business owners and decision-makers
- Lead with a clear value proposition around review removal, reputation management, and local visibility
- Navigate gatekeepers, objections, and quick hang-ups without losing pace
- Use voicemail drops, SMS, email, and Loom follow-ups to increase response rates
- Track all activity inside the CRM with accuracy and consistency
- Move leads through defined stages: contacted, qualified, booked, no-show, closed
- Use automation sequences while maintaining strong manual follow-up
- Re-engage cold or inactive leads with structured outreach
- Identify businesses with reputation issues, low ratings, or weak review volume
- Ask direct questions to uncover gaps in reviews, visibility, and lead flow
- Book qualified demos with clear expectations set
- Ensure clean handoff to the closing team
- Use AI tools for scripting, objection handling, and follow-up messaging
- Leverage CRM automations to improve speed and consistency
- Review call recordings to refine performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound SDR or high-volume cold calling
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and structured follow-up
- Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and automation tools
- Clear, direct communicator who can control a call
- High activity level with consistent daily output
- Able to operate in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities and workflows change frequently
- Open to direct feedback and able to adjust quickly without slowing down
