The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an early-career opportunity focused on generating early-stage demand and introducing potential corporate clients to Xe’s FX and international payments solutions.

- Must be located near our Irvine or Buena Park office and be able to work hybrid onsite three days per week
Your Mission
As Sales Development Representative, you will create consistent, qualified demand by engaging potential corporate clients and identifying ready meeting opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email and digital channels.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential corporate clients.
- Conduct basic qualifications to confirm suitability.
- Build foundational knowledge of FX and international payments.
- Partner with senior SDRs, BDMs and Marketing to progress opportunities.
How Success Is Measured
- Quality and consistency of outbound activity.
- Accepted meetings booked.
- Progression in discovery and qualification capability.

- Xe offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from $50,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
