About the role
A Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, managing multiple pipelines, and supporting the sales team's efforts to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls and email outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to build brand awareness and generate interest in our products/services
- Manage multiple pipeline opportunities and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in B2B sales or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software
