About the role

The role involves calling and qualifying inbound leads from AmplifyPlus's advertising campaigns, booking these qualified prospects onto sales calls with the agency’s closers, confirming and following up on these bookings, and re-engaging no-shows.

Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound leads from our advertising
  • Book qualified prospects onto sales calls with our closers
  • Confirm, remind, and follow up so booked calls actually happen
  • Re-engage no-shows and reschedule missed calls
  • Log everything in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Requirements

  • 0.5+ years in appointment setting, outbound sales, or an SDR role
  • American Accent
  • Available to dial CST timezone
  • Fast follow-up, getting fresh leads dialed in minutes, not hours
  • Coachable and resilient

Compensation

Commission-based. On-target earnings: $3,000/month, with no ceiling. You earn what you produce.
