What You'll Do
- Craft compelling outbound emails, calls, and social messages to generate interest in Stable’s products.
- Conduct detailed research to identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts and decision-makers.
- Qualify outbound leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for Stable’s solutions.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve pipeline generation.
- Experiment in identifying the best personas and channels for engaging with new customers and refine processes to maximize outbound effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience with a preference for candidates that have expressed interest in sales or business development either professionally or during university.
- Proven ability to conduct thoughtful and personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, scaling sales environment.
